We believe in compassion, equality, and respect, ensuring every youth has the chance to reach their full potential with dignity.

Who We Are

Mother Theresa says, “The greatest good is what we do for others.” If true, then we should afford to help others do good. We aim to break the cycle of youth’s purposeless and meaningless living. The Each One – Reach One curriculum is our assault against youth, especially youth from extreme poverty, feeling a sense of powerlessness and helplessness. We strive to give youth a sense of purpose, meaning, and voice that gives youth a sense of direction, identity, a reason for existence, and enhanced social connectedness.

Who We Serve

The Each One—Reach One Curriculum is a leadership series first introduced and piloted with youth from the Kipsongo slum in Kitale, Kenya. While the primary audience is youth who have faced extreme poverty, teaching teams should know that all youth, regardless of socioeconomic status, race, ethnic origin, gender, or geographic location, will benefit from the Each One – Reach One lesson series.

We believe…

People are God’s handiwork, uniquely created in Christ Jesus, to do good works on God’s behalf (Ephesians 2:10).

God endows all youth with the fruit of the Spirit to produce love, joy, peace, forbearance, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control (Galatians 5:22-23).

Therefore, Each One – Reach One has been designed to help youth…

  • Glorify God through worship, devotion, honor, praise, and serving (1 Corinthians 43:7).

  • Express gratitude for God’s blessing and constant care (Colossians 3:17).

  • Fulfill God’s ambitious plans by giving selflessly of themselves to others (Philippians 2:3-4).

  • Make a difference in the lives of others by seeking to live the Great Commandments (Matthew 22:39).
